Erika has a background in new home construction. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, she worked for a national custom home builder where she found her passion for helping people achieve their goal of obtaining their dream home! As an agent, she has a vast knowledge of the new build process and works with multiple builders in the area. She also has extensive hands-on experience from helping many first-time home buyers, many who were referred to her by other clients because of the service they received! And don’t forget about the investment side of real estate, which Erika knows can be intimidating, but has helped many clients buy either a property to flip and re-sell or to treat as a rental property.
In Erika’s Real Estate career she has earned multiple awards including the Columbus Board of Realtors Merit Award(2022) & President’s Commitment Award (2023), and the Coldwell Banker 30 under 30 Award (2023). Erika is actively involved in the local real estate association- the Marysville Area Realty Association and will serve as part of the leadership board as President Elect in 2024/2025.
Erika Fetherolf, a Marysville, Ohio native, is dedicated to her hometown, family, and real estate career and currently resides in Marysville with her husband Daniel, twin boys, & pets (1 dog and 1 cat) . Erika enjoys traveling, biking with her family, watching her boys soccer games, and checking out new restaurants. Erika is loyal, reliable, honest, and goes after what she sets her mind to. Natalie strives to give her clients the best real estate experience possible and works hard to keep communication strong throughout a transaction. She has several years of experience and has enjoyed being able to help people find that right fit, whether it be a starter home, next home, or forever home. Within The Fetherolf Group, Natalie acts primarily as the main point of contact to keep things running smoothly from the time someone goes into contract to closing on their property, so you can make sure you always know what it going on.

Before real estate was her life, Natalie worked several years in retail management and sales environment. Natalie has always loved having a job where she can help people and make a difference in their lives, whether it was from working with kids, to helping design rooms in your home, to now picking out that perfect home. She spends her free time exploring all around the Columbus area finding new places to eat or grab a drink with friends, going to Blue Jackets games, traveling to new cities, or curled up at home on the couch with her husband and their two French bulldogs.
